| Pepperidge Farm Cookie Engravings | |
| The Pepperidge Farm cookies for the Return of the Jedi promotion were printed using rotary molds. The original designs for these cookies were first made via brass engravings, a process that is still used today. A company based in Michigan did all engravings for the original Star Wars cookies. These were each hand done by an engraver and imprinted as a purple-toned rubbery hardcopy. The rotary dies were made from that hardcopy.
