| Record Promotion Marketing Plan | |
| These are a sample set of pages from a Lucasfilm internal marketing document based on a narrated record promotion planned after the release of Star Wars A New Hope. One concept included a premium advertised on Cheerios cereal boxes, and another was a McDonald's tie-in. What's interesting about the McDonald's concept is that the fast food chain did not participate in Star Wars promotions in the US until years later with Clone Wars. |
