| Celebration IV Six Medallion Mold Test Samples | |
| This are test samples of the initial test run of the Star Wars Celebration IV medallions offered as a giveaway item at the Celebration IV collector panels.
To test the initial molding process, instead of making character-specific molds that were used for the production run, two sets of molds were constructed, each with six of the twelve medallions. The first image shows a test sample of the Luke, Han, Leia, Vader, Stormtrooper, and C-3PO medallions struck from this mold. The second image shows the inside of the mold with the six different medallion reverse sides. Finally, the last image gives a detailed look at the front mold for all six character medallions. |
