| The ESB 47-Back proof card shown above
features Luke X-wing. The rounded bottom corners and absence of a punch area on proofs of
this nature have led collectors to sometimes further differentiate this style of proof card as
a "sample card", however I prefer the "production-like" designation coined by John Kellerman in his
book, Star Wars Vintage Action Figures, A Guide For Collectors.
This proof card is simply one of the many fine Luke X-wing prototypes found in Marc's collection and collectors are encouraged to view the other pieces Marc has graciously shared through the Star Wars Collectors Archive. |
