| Most vintage
collectors know that the
display bin
issued for the
Early Bird
Certificate Package--the first Star Wars action figure product to hit
stores--is among the rarest of all Kenner store displays. What you see here is a
Cromalin proof of the header card of that legendary display.
The lower portions of the sheet include an area for the project title. Note the date: September of 1977, a couple of months before the Early Bird Certificate Package was released for the Christmas season.
This rectangle on the reverse of the sheet provides sign-off areas for the various people involved in the development of this store display. |
