Chris,

We aren't talking Partha here. Only thing about them is Kenner never used
them for any type conceptual work at all. The only relationship Kenner had
with Partha was in 1983 from Kipling to Partha to halt production or else.
I've been talking unproduced figures from Kenner. They do not exist in metal
form from Kenner. You probably have seen many unproduced micro figures in
metal form, but not a one of them came from Kenner. ( The vendor for Kenner
never recieved the order to do the unproduced figures in metal that The
Earth has listed for sale ) Since you do not know who the vendor is, then
you couldn't know this information. 70 produced figures were approved for
Kenner but going back to the Earth's site, the 2 Bespin Guards are not
Kenners, the Han is not Kenners, the Ugnaught is not Kenners, the Chewbacca &
C3PO is not Kenners, Luke in Bacta Chamber is not Kenners, FX-7 is not
Kenners, 2-Ib is not Kenners, C3PO is not Kenners, the 3 Luke Skywalkers
listed as coming from Partha is not Kenners, and Luke on Taun-Taun is not
Kenners. I said earlier today that we believe there are many of these
figures out there but not legitimately. We all believe that Neiheisel is
involved as to how they came about. He was there in the room when every one
of these figures were being discussed. Some of these figures did make it to
various stages but not as far as first shots. Packaging was accomplished to
show how the proposed playset would look. Pictures of these figures were on
the mock-up boxes. Some clay Sculptings were done but these figures never
made it to metal stage by Kenner. The ideas and plans for these particular
playsets were dropped soonafter by Kenner, but the point is they really are
out there , so where did they really come from? Again, we believe the answer
lies with Neiheisel. We know he isn't alone in this and we also know at least
in the beginning there was a connection from him to West End Games. We
believe that Tom himself took the plans and ideas that Kenner had abandoned
and made them become reality and that's what we see at the Earth right now
for sale. How many other Kenner employees are involved remains to be seen,
but he didn't accomplish this all by himself. He had plenty of help and he
knew exactly where to get it from. Tom will have the opportunity to explain.
We also believe he is the reason Kipling had to write the letter to Partha in
1983. All the figures from the Earth on the micro collection have been
examined by both the Sculpter from Kenner and the Original Engineer, James
Golden. They absolutely did not come from Kenner. Do you have any idea of
how many of these figures there would have been had they made it to first
shot form? I'll tell you right now, there has been way more than 15 to 20
times more sold already than the vendor would have sent to begin with had
they actually been approved. All of the employees like Neiheisel did and saw
and heard a lot but there's a multitude of information they wern't privy to.
This is where their mistake was made. Again, the micros were sculpted in
clay which was lost when the hard copies were done. There never was wax
sculptings on the micros. All the waxes you're seeing now has to be another
product of Neiheisel's imagination. It's a good idea though. It certainly
opens up a whole new field of collecting for the unsuspecting.
