Spoke to lou this morning. He said to tell you one more thing, then whatever
is going to happen is going to happen. Give this a little possibility test,
without all the smart come backs. In 1982, Neiheisel was definitely in the
room when all ideas and plans were being made. There's no doubt on that, but
what was discussed and actually occured were two different things. We know
that Neiheisel ran to his association with West End with the Kenner ideas
that didn't fly at that time. (Partha sculps in wax) We know that Neiheisel
is behind all of the unproduced micro collection figures that are being
mislead to the people to have come from Kenner. The ideas did, so did a few
clay sculptings as well as mock-up packaging complete with pictures of the
intended figures. The idea was dropped by Kenner and the figures never were
ordered to go to first shot stage which means they could have had sculptings
in clay of these unproduced figures, but none of them can be diecast metal
and be from Kenner. That's where Neiheisel took over and ran off with it on
his own. We also believe that is why Raul Partha got in trouble in 1983.
Nobody but good ole informative Tom. By the way, the Kenner sculpter who
worked on the micro collection for Kenner was an older man, retired now, but
his memory is great. Kenner does have several sculpters but only one worked
on the micro collection. He had plenty of help but only one actual sculpter.
He had no problem recalling that the only sculpting method ever used by him
at Kenner was clay. Neiheisel probably did use wax and we're sure he has
shown everybody many wax sculptings, but they did not come from Kenner on the
micro collection. Since those figures really are in existance, we're giving
all the credit to Neiheisel and his friends. That's the only way it could be
possible to be seeing what we're seeing right now. The only association to
Kenner that these unproduced figures and wax sculptings had are Tom
Neiseisel, a ex employee. Now, try real hard to assume that only part of
this is true. Where are you going to be standing when it's proven? I'm
telling you now that the real truth is on it's way and you can bet it really
isn't what you are now saying or this communication wouldn't be happening.
There would be no reason for it. It could never even have been brought to
our attention if something was't stinking to high heaven. If you still feel
you have all the correct information, then cool. Don't waste any more time
with e-mails. We'll do the same.
