There were no Biggs scenes set on the planet Tatooine in ANH, although just as many people seem to remember them as remember receiving a Kenner RocketFett in the mail.
This is Anchorhead today. Although scenes shot on this side of the building were not used in the final film, stills from this location have popped up enough, most notably in the Storybook, to indelibly shape fans' perceptions about what planet Tatooine ought to look like.
Although with recent coverage of the Biggs scenes at San Diego ComicCon and in the Star Wars Insider, it's hard to say if a new generation of fans will remember seeing these scenes "when the movie first came out," just as many did before with the Star Wars Storybook.
There are even some stairs leading up to the balcony, in case a traveler is overcome by the sudden urge to stand posed, looking over the barren dunes.
(In reality, of course, the Anchorhead balcony looks not over the endless desert, but over the Mediterranean sea. Guess that's why you call them "actors.")
