Kenner 69192-A Star Wars Department Store Promotional Kit (Vader and Chewbacca Factors Standees)
It's now pretty clear that this item represents a Kenner-issued "Department Store Promotional Kit" including both Factors products and Kenner marketing materials.

Based on the included conceptual painting, as well as the survival of partially intact examples, the former are believed to consist of Factors posters and standees branded with Kenner stickers; whereas the latter are believed to consist of cut-down versions of the Toy Galaxy pole/hang display and "Star Wars is Here" floor merchandiser dump, as well as examples of the "May the Force Be With You" Kenner button.

Based on Kenner records, it appears that at least 150 of these kits may have been issued in 1978. As I speculate here, some may also have been issued in 1977.

A separate kit, including the C-3PO and R2-D2 standees, is also known. It bears the stock number 69192. See the entry related to that kit for additional context and history.

According to Kenner documentation, a "Department Store Promo Kit" bearing a different stock number (69198) was released in 1978. It apparently contained, at a minimum, the 12-figure "long header" and Toy Galaxy pole/hang display.
