Wax Sculpt for Head of Talking Yoda Doll
Talking Yoda, had it been produced, would have been the coolest Yoda item released by Kenner. Unfortunately, it was cancelled in late 1980 just prior to production.

Here you see the original wax sculpt for the product's highly detailed head. For some reason, the eyes were colored in at some point. I've seen this on other wax sculpts. It's possible it was done as a sculpting-phase test to ensure the item would look as intended when subjected to coloration.

Owing to the nature of rotocast mold creation, it's entirely possible that multiple sculpts were created for this element. But this matches the surviving toy examples very closely. I think it represents the final sculpt.
