| This large store display was issued by Paradise Press to advertise their publications issued in conjunction with Return of the Jedi. What kid (or parent) could resist that commanding image of Darth Vader? Although the store displays issued by Kenner to promote their line of toys tend to be the most valuable within this popular collecting category, licensees created displays for all kinds of products, and they can be found in a multitude of shapes and sizes. This one is particularly special to me as it was given to me by my friend Robert Daugherty. |
