French Mark Hamill Festival Jules Verne stamps
The yearly Festival Jules Verne that occured in Paris on April 23rd-24th 2010 had scheduled a viewing of Empire Strikes Back with a special coming from actor Mark Hamill.

French postal services 'LA POSTE' took the opportunity to release a special Mark Hamill as Luke Skywalker stamp for the event and ESB 30th anniversary. It was available on a A4 sheet (french 21 x 29.7 cm format) of 10 stamps.

Friday April 23th was the first day of sale at La Poste collecting outlet in Paris, limited to 3 sheets per buyer and 2 items signed from Mark Hamill.

Attendees will remind that the event organization and time schedule was so unmanaged that only a handful of people could enter on time to have only one item signed. The run was limited to 5000 sheets and Pierre got a signed one!

A detail came instantly upon inspecting the item, a detail which I have seen on any licensed or authorized fan products: a LFL copyright mention... This item doesn't have a LFL copyright printed, so although it was widely publicized, I'm not sure it was officially licensed.
