Star Wars 20-Back Luke X-wing Cromalin | |
Photoart, cromalin, and proof card, are all familiar terms to the avid packaging prototype collector, They represent some of the most well known and collected stages in the production process of toy packaging used at the time of Kenner's vintage Star Wars toy line. The Luke X-wing packaging prototype shown above is classified as a cromalin. Unlike many proof cards, cromalins are typically one-sided, meaning printing of the cardback is absent on the reverse side. A matching proof card from Marc's collection may be viewed here. |
