Unproduced Emperor's Royal Guard Micro Collection Sculpting
Had it been produced the Emperor's Throne Room Micro Collection Playset would have included the following figures: two Emperors, Luke Skywalker, Darth Vader, an Imperial Commander, a Death Star Gunner, and two Emperor's Royal Guards. You see the finished sculpt for one of the Guards above.

The item is sculpted in a pink wax at four times the intended production scale. A wooden dowel is incorporated into the piece to serve as the character's staff.

Here you see the bottom of the figure's base. "607" refers to the prefix the figures in the Throne Room playset were assigned. Every Micro Collection figure bore a number on its base, the prefix of which identified the playset it belonged to. You may also be able to make out a faint, upside-down numeral "2" written in pencil on the base. I'd guess this identifies it as one of the two Royal Guard figures that were sculpted.

The prefix number 607 also turns up on the above internal Kenner document, which lists the figures in development for this playset.
