| Return of the Jedi 41-Back (Transition Card) IG-88 | |
| Outdated Kenner Canada ESB packaging was ingeniously updated to the then current ROTJ packaging through the use of adhesive stickers placed on the
packaging front and back. A ROTJ logo sticker was placed overtop of the old printed ESB logo, while smaller (card front) and larger (card back) offer
update stickers masked outdated mail-away announcements in favor of current mail-away promotions. The IG-88 carded figure shown above exhibits
these characteristics making it a transition style carded Kenner Canada figure.
The rear photo affords a nice view of the rear update sticker mentioned earlier and further comfirms the 41-Back card style. |
