| Trilogo Nikto | |
| This carded figure is a NIKTO on Trilogo card, one of the most common
character that can be found on Trilogo cards. The card front is a 70-C variant (the white bar around the figure color area goes at the very bottom of the card below the name plate, while bars are aligned on 70-B cards - see picture). Trilogo 70-C cards were issued only for a selection of characters and tend to be a bit rarer than their 70-B counterparts.
Regular (carded / cardbacks) 70-B Trilogo Niktos (sdhown in the 2nd photo) can be found by dozens each week on ebay, internet or retail collectibles stores, but this 70-C Trilogo Nikto (shown in the 1st photo) is the only example known to Stephane (at the date of this article being written) making it perhaps even more rare than the POTF Nikto itself. It was found from a lot of Trilogos that were bought in France on sale back in 1987, the owner was the original buyer. The bubble on this Nikto is typical of the bubbles used for the POTF wave on Trilogo cards for the French market. |
