| C-3PO Unpainted 4-up Hardcopy (116-020) and 1:1 Figures | |
| The series shown above relates to the Micro Collection unproduced C-3PO figure from the unreleased Bespin Torture Chamber playset. The larger sized prototype is referred to as an unpainted hardcopy and is four times larger in size than its production quality counterparts, thus the term "4-up".
The final image shows the 1:1 pieces in the series. The first two 1:1 figures represent two of four existing variations for this figure. The differences relate to either a "1" or "2" located on C-3PO's chest. The figure on the right is a vac-metallized 1:1 figure and shows how the final figure would have appeared had the playset been released. Collectors Tracey Hamilton and Josh Blake combined the existing pieces in each of their collections to provide images of this fine series. Their collective effort is certainly impressive and greatly appreciated! |
