| Clarks Shoes Styrofoam Dimensional SW Logo & Sign | |
| This is one of the largest and most impressive of the vintage Star Wars displays in my opinion, and one of the first pieces in my display collection. The gift of this display from a friend in Portland, OR, when she was closing her shop largely inspired me to focus on store displays. The logo is molded styrofoam with red cardboard letters glued to the front. STAR sits on top of a blue cardboard box that sets it behind WARS, and a pole slides into a slot one the box to hold the sign. The overall dimensions are 7.5x13x30, and I have seen the foam molded in both yellow and white. The display is shown here with examples from both the US and Canadian lines, although the rubber boots and the Darth Vader thongs are from other licensees. |
