| Star Wars 12-Back Sand People (French & English Logos) | |
| The first released 12-backs in Canada were only printed in English and this was against the bilingualism laws in Canada; so Kenner
Canada changed to this style of card with the big French Pyramid logo on the bottom as seen on the Sand People 12-Back above. This style of card is often referred to as GDE
(Guerre Des Etoiles). Soon after the release of these GDE cards, Kenner Canada started putting the French logo on the back of the card
which was still in compliance with all bilingual laws in Canada.
