Empire Strikes Back Complete 41A Back (Survival Kit Offer) Figure Run

Here is something I really love to see. Broc has assembled a complete run of all 41 Survival Kit Offer figures. Assembling a run of any specific cardback can be challenging task and if you ask Broc he'll tell you no different. In Broc's own words: "The last piece I needed was the extremely elusive ESB 41A Survival Kit Offer Leia Organa (Bespin Gown) However, there were some a little more difficult to track down than others. Some that come to mind are: R5-D4 Yoda Walrus Man Hoth Rebel Soldier R2-D2 Hardest of all was the Leia Bespin, of course, and without the help of a few guys and some networking not sure it would have been possible. I would say about the easiest to track down was Imperial Commander (for me at least)." Broc conitunes to add to his wonderful run and has supplied the SWCA with a new picture of his current arrangement. Here is a breakdown of all we see in this new picture. Left Book Case -Shelves 1,2, 4, & 5 are all production figures -Shelf 3 is the cardback art Middle Wall & Shelves -Framed "Collect All 41" (Style B) & photo-art for the 1981 Toy Fair catalog figure spread -1st Shelf is all of my Survival Proofs 7 standing up 7 laying down -2nd Shelf--Standing up are QC Samples of 8 of the 9 characters that debuted on the 41 back -2nd Shelf--Laying down are dutch clipper cardbacks with Survival Offer and one ESB 32 Back with Survival Offer Sticker -3rd Shelf--Carded 32 Back Bespin Guard with Survival Sticker, Shipping Carton for Survival Figures, Production Leia Bespin with Survival Offer Right Book Case -Shelves 1,2,4 & 5 are all production figures -Shelf 3 is the Survival Instructions art, item on right is the Survival Mailer MIB, and the card on the left is a customer service postcard mailed out by Kenner that says the following: Dear Star Wars Fan: We greatly appreciate your interest in our Star Wars Survival Kit. Even though your request was received after the May 31, 1981 expiration date, we will be sending you a Survival Kit. However, please understand that due to the overwhelming response to this offer, all requests are being honored on a "first come-first serve" basis and you should expect a three to five month wait. Thank you in advance for your patience as well as for your continued interest in our Star Wars products.
