| This is a retro-style metal lunch box by Thermos. Both sides of the metal box depict different characters from Attack of the Clones.
This box was found among thousands of items in a warehouse that was selling excess items from the Lucasfilm product archives. What is particularly interesting about this one is that it features a memo to George Lucas, Howard Roffmann, Natalie Portman, Hayden Christensen, Ewan McGregor, Samuel Jackson, and Temuera Morrison as recipients of this lunch box. It is standard practice by Lucas Licensing to send sample Star Wars products to the actors from the films as they receive samples from licensees. Howard Roffmann's name is highlighted on the memo and this was the lunch box distributed to him when the samples were received at the Archives. The same boxes and memo were sent to the actors. |
