Han on TaunTaun Painted 4-up Hardcopy | |
Showcased here is an hand painted Han Solo on TaunTaun 4-up. This prototype is one
of the single most impressive 4-ups a collector can find from my perspective. The intricate detail and sheer size of the 4-up lend heavily
to its appeal. Additionally, Han Solo is a pretty darn good character to own in pre-production form. The 4-up is designated by the
number 692-006. The first three digits represent the
Hoth Ion Cannon playset,
while the last three indicate the particular character/pose. A similar 4-up, comparable in immense size,
featuring Luke atop his TaunTaun may be viewed here
Cj, an avid Han Hoth collector, has assembled what I and many other collectors consider to be the largest and most comprehensive collection of Han Hoth pre-production items in existence. A collection of this magnitude is truly what many character collectors seek to achieve through their collecting efforts. |
