Yoda Screamin' Model Original Artwork | |
The prototypes in this series are all original artwork, layouts, and proof
sheet for the Screamin' Model Company's line of Star Wars models released in the early nineties. These
represent some of the first prototypes to emerge from the "Dark Years" of Star Wars collecting - the period between
the demise of Kenner's action figure line and the release of the Heir to the Empire novel. Shown here is the original hand-drawn pencil artwork for the Yoda kit. This artwork was used for the instruction sheet layout pictured here. The image on the right is rendered in pencil. Of the second piece (left), it is not known whether this is the original artwork drawn on tracing paper, or whether these were traced from some other piece of original art. |
