Revenge of the Jedi X-wing Box
Seen more frequently then most "Revenge" vehicle boxes, these X-wing pieces are, nevertheless, quite desirable. They represent one of the many products produced under the "Revenge" banner that were quickly rendered obsolete once Lucasfilm dumped the title for the more Jedi-correct "Return" moniker. Luckily for us collectors, what LFL deemed "inappropriate" back in 1983, we today deem "collectable" and we set up whole web pages to discuss the matter.

As you can probably see, though its empty and flattened out, this box shows some wear and probably wouldn't be considered a "flat." It looks like its been assembled at one time or another and it might have functioned as a promotional device either at Toy Fair or in catalog photography. In any case, folded or flat, this is an interesting and impressive piece of prototype packaging.
