| Empire Strikes Back 41-Back Card Back Proof Card | |
| This first photo shows the side with the figures photographed.
Although you can hardly see it in the photo, the top 31 figures all
have an "X" marked through them with the same marker used in the top right
corner. This leads me to believe that this proof was pulled to
convert the already approved 31 back card into a 41 back. I visited Tru-Color
(their name is in the right hand border of the card)--they turn out to be
fairly near me--and they confirmed they were the photo lab and that they printing
company they sent it to would have put their name on and the date.
The second photo is the reverse side of the 41-Back proof card and shows the
sign-off on the work by the Production Manager. |
