Mungo Baobab Blister Card Cromalin
Whoa! I just love the artwork on this Mungo Baobab blister card prototype. As you can see, it shows old Mungo showing a couple of Stormtroopers just who's boss. I can almost hear John Wooten in the background screaming No, don't hurt Stormtroopers! They're my friends! The piece is a cromalin, meaning it's from an earlier phase in the production process than is a typical proof card. Cromalins are printed on a plastic-like material with a tremendous amount of detail. Looking at this card art, it's interesting to note that a gun is featured prominently in the foreground of the artwork. I don't think that would ever happen in today's PC-minded toy industry.

This cromalin is actually part of a partially-cut sheet. It's connected to an equally-cool representation of the Gaff card artwork.
