Han Bespin, Lando Calrissian, & Rebel Commander Unpainted First Shots
First shots can come in many different varieties. They may or may not have copyright information and/ or foot holes, they may or may not be sonic welded and/ or painted, and they may or may not have been shot in production colors. Usually the more different a first shot is from the final production version the more desirable it is.

The 3 figures pictured are:

Han Solo (Bespin)

Lando Calrissian and

Hoth Rebel Commander

These first shots are about as far from production color as you can get. It’s a rare treat to see a non-production color vintage first shot. Modern first shots are a dime a dozen and many feel that they come in such outlandish colors because it has more appeal to the collector’s market. Vintages first shots, however, weren’t intended to be collectibles and most were production color and painted. These three figures are all sonic welded, have foot holes, and all have copyright information. First shots by nature are usually pretty uninteresting prototypes but I think this grouping is definitely a step above the norm
