| Showcased here is an unpainted Chewbacca 4-up. This particular pose is designated by the number 733-006.
The first three digits represent this Chewie version's inclusion in the Micro Collection
Millenium Falcon, while
the last three indicate the particular character/pose.
Above we see a rear view of the 4-up. Chewbacca 4-ups are especially nice as they exhibit fine detail throughout the Wookie's fur. As you'll notice, the 4-up is cast in a green colored urethane referred to as dynacast.
Collectors should take note of the 1:1 ensemble surrounding the 4-up in each of the three photographs shown in this entry. From left to right we see a production 1:1, unpainted 1:1, and handpainted 1:1 squeezing. Notice the base features the 4-up's product code. It appears the fifth digit in the code was initially incorrect and later corrected. This is simply one of the many fine Micro Collection prototypes in Adam's collection and special thanks go out to him for contributing this fine item to the Archive. |
