Unproduced Kenner Yoda Electronic Game Original Art | |
This is an original painting that was to be used for the background artwork for a Kenner electronic game for the Empire Strikes Back line in 1980. The medium used for this painting is guache.
The electronic handheld game is one of three known unproduced Empire Strikes Back game designs from 1980 that Kenner was considering. Although little is known about this game, it is thought to be similar to the Mattel and Coleco handheld electronic games that were popular during that time. The artwork would have likely been reduced to 1/2 or 1/4 the original size to serve as a background for the game. |
