| This is the original airbrushed photograph for the Greedo action figure cardback that was used by Kenner from the introduction of the second series Star Wars figures through the Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi lines. Kenner even created proof cards and carded photo samples for Greedo in Power of the Force packaging using this artwork, although Greedo was never officially released for that series. The Greedo card art has extensive airbrushing over the photograph from the Cantina scene in Star Wars. You can see from this image that most of the background wall and scenery have been obscured. The crosshairs mark the crop points for the image, and the legend across the bottom shows the image scaling factor. |
