Stormtrooper 4-up Hardcopy Paint Master (583-023)
Showcased here is a painted Stormtrooper 4-up. This action oriented pose is designated by the number 583-022. The first three digits represent the Death Star Escape playset, while the last three indicate the particular character/pose.

A 1:1 unpainted micro is included in the above pictures to give a sense of the immense size of the 4-up paintmaster compared to the production toy's size. 4-ups certainly are a display oriented prototype since their large size makes them very visually appealing when present in a collection. A matching silicone mold for this 4-up may be viewed here. Fellow editor, John Wooten, took his stormtrooper collection in a unique direction by assembling each stomrtrooper pose in painted 4-up form.

Micro and prototype collectors will immediately realize putting this collection together was no small feat! Seeing the completion of long-term goals like the above assemblage by a collector is a real treat and a testament to the determination, network ability, and effort exhibited by collectors in the hobby.
