Empire Strikes Back 41-Back Luke Skywalker Bespin Outfit
Foreign versions of carded Kenner action figures vary greatly given the country they were produced and distributed in, and some are quite rare to boot. Consequently, many collectors go out of their ways to find examples of the more interesting variations, particularly when they differ significantly from their Kenner counterparts. In the case of this Spanish incarnation of the ESB Luke Bespin figure, there are several features that make it interesting. First of all, the bottom corners of the card appear to be squared-off rather than rounded, a feature which is usually found only on proof cards and the Droids version of Boba Fett.

But the back of the card is even neater--its graphics are horizontally laid out, a feature that is probably unique among carded figures. Unfortunately, the cardback has a large promotional sticker applied over it as an advertisement for a free figure.
