| Its a real treat to see this 3-pack up close; its one of the rarest of all these special figure sets. It is one of a trio of 3-packs to be issued in 1980, all of which bear the bright yellow "Special Offer" sticker in their upper right corners. But unlike the Star Wars 3-packs that were released in 1979, all of which came with nifty cardboard backdrops, these ESB sets didn't come with anything particularly "special." Apparently, the figures themselves comprised the "special offer" to which the sticker refers. |
