1980 Department Store Program

A supplement showcasing the "Special Offer" (Yellow Sticker) marked packaging. These special toys were created in order to give Kenner's biggest customers, the department stores, a promotion that was unavailable elsewhere. This promotion promised to "Rocket Your Profits". The vehicles each included their own special action figure. Other toys came with cardboard backdrops. The display stand in this packaging is extremely rare and it is possible that it was never released to the public. Only a handfull are known to exist.
