| Chewbacca Hand Puppet | |
| Regal was sub-licensed by Kenner during the early Star Wars years to produce plush toys for the Canadian market. In addition to this Chewbacca hand puppet, they also produced two of the flat out coolest plush items in the early SW line--the Jawa stuffed toy, and the super-large version of Kenner's plush Chewie, which was used as a Canadian store display. While these two items are pretty rare themselves (the store display Chewie, in particular), the hand puppet just never seems to turn up, joining the ranks of some other Canadian toys of that time, such as Kenner's cheap-o utility belt sets, in terms of scarcity and desirability. |
