| This is one of the most talked about unproduced Star Wars toys, yet it's pictured in few places. As you can tell by the finished production sample, the Bespin Torture Chamber was almost released by Kenner but was cancelled as the micro line died due to poor sales.
A box was made as a mock-up sample with various pieces pasted onto a generic box for photography. It is one of the most interesting unproduced Kenner toys since it extends a line that was developed, yet this toy never saw the light of day. There are two known complete specimens of the Bespin Torture Chamber in existence (and one partial one). This is the only known sample with decals and painted figures. |
