This piece is among the less-frequently seen of the vintage display group. It measures approximately 36"x12" and was likely meant to be hung above a sizeable store grouping of the first twelve figures. With its pyramidal "Action Figures" logo and photos of the first twelve figures, it's basically a horizontal re-working of the twelve figure hanging sign. It's pretty unique in appearance among its counterparts. According to Kenner documentation, 5,800 of these displays were produced in 1978. |
