Boba Fett (Loose)
This is yet another of the many waves of Mexican bootlegs that have surfaced over the past few years. Recent months have actually shown many new varieties of bootlegs never before seen by a good many in the Star Wars community, as well as many variations of known bootlegs never before seen. This, of course, is the most legendary of all bounty hunters, Boba Fett. Boba comes shot in a purple and has articulation only in the arms. It is unclear yet if this figure is part of the Mexican/ SA bootleg series as it is the only one known to have made it’s way into a private collection thus far. The figure does bear a VERY strong resemblance to the Mexican/ SA series though. It is shot in waxy plastic, has only arm articulation, is about the same size, and has the same overall “look” as the others, as well as being shot in an outlandish color. Over time, as others surface, more information will be made available.

Here is a great close-up shot.

It was thought at first that this might be a a loose version of another Mexican Fett featured in the bootleg section but after seeing the lack of articulation in the bagged version we’ve concluded that it’s a completely different figure.
