Darth Vader Carry Case with Three Figures: Although, technically, it isn't a "Special Offer" toy, as it doesn't feature the characteristic "Special Offer" sticker, this reissue of the popular Darth Vader carrying case, which includes three action figures inside, has ties to other Kenner "Special Offer" toys, many of which also included bonus figures. This piece probably dates from either 1981 or 1982, the second and third years of this item's release. The figures were probably meant to freshen the toy in the eyes of consumers and increase sales.

As you can see, the included figures are Darth Vader, Luke Skywalker and Yoda, characters that tied in well with another Kenner toy, the Dagobah playset. This case can be found bundled with other figure combinations as well.
