Droids Lightsabres (Green and Red): Kenner got wise around 1984 and finally came up with a lightsaber that looked more like the ones shown in the films. The hilt was more intricately designed and the blade retracted. The only problem here is that Kenner didn't employ a telescopic feature and the blade is only as big as the hilt which hardly makes it as impressive as a lightsaber should be. It still retracts into the hilt, however. This thing is more like a lightdagger if anything. It was only available in Droids packaging and came in two different colors. The red one is slightly harder to find.
