Micro Collection Snowspeeder Pilot 4-Up: This is a 4-up for the pilot from the Micro Collection's Snowspeeder playset. Visible on the base are several hand-written markings. The "261015" indicates the eventual production number, which would be inscribed into the production figures' bases, the "261" referring to the Snowspeeder set, and the "015" the figure itself. The circled 19 is a little harder to place, however. As this piece was part of a large group, it probably was intended to help simplify identification.
