Sears Canada Sears Exclusive Figures: This image was assembled from two separate catalog pages and edited appropriately. The top two rows and accompanying text were taken from the 1980 Wishbook. The bottom row was taken from the 1981 Christmas Wishbook. These catalog pages were the one bit of conclusive proof we were searching for in order to prove the authenticity of the oddball carded Canadian figures like General Veers. Due to the fact that these images came from copies of catalog pages, the leftmost figures are nearly impossible to see here so I will list the contents of each. 1980 saw the set with Ben Kenobi packed along with Hammerhead, Jawa, Walrusman, Snaggletooth, Greedo and Sand People. In 1981, the 4 pack including Han Solo (Bespin) , also came with C-3PO and Chewbacca. The fourth figure is a mystery to me because only part of an arm is barely showing on the original copy and I would guess it could be any one of six different figures with light-colored sleeves. The figures that were part of the 1980 multipacks Anyway, some important items to note are the names. "R2-D2 with Periscope" is a well-known difference. General Veers is actually called "AT-AT Commander Veers" in the listing. Lobot is actually called "Lobot (Lando's Aid). The weirdest one is "Tusk from Ugnaught". We know they did a bit of homework to come up with General Veers, but this one goes beyond the scope of even the most anal-retentive among us. Howver, the figure is just called "Ugnaught" on the package.
