French ROTJ Scout Walker: This is a sealed example of a French ROTJ AT-ST Scout Walker. Image is similar to the US release by Kenner. Starting at the end of the ESB line, Meccano started to apply french stickers on Palitoy/Kenner packagings to sell them in France. Sometimes it was the only way to get the toy in France (ie. Cloud Car & Falcon in 1980-82). This method was widely used during the ROTJ era when the toy packaging was not yet available in French, when the bilogo packaging was available, they cease to apply the sticker.

On the left, is pictured an early At-St vehicle for the French market, from a Palitoy release with a French sticker. The At-St was not available during the ESB era.
