POTF Grand Moff Tarkin: Another one of Todd's creations. I believe the photo is a blow-up of one found in the SW storybook. He used some type of Imperial coin and has it shown backwards here because the reverse text goes more with Tarkin than just putting any coin in there he could find. But then, that's the beauty of this stuff. He could use a silver dollar if he wanted to. I believe the body is that of an Imperial Commander figure while he used some G.I. Joe head just as he did with the Biggs figure.
