Droids Skiff Artwork: Oh what might have been, what might have been. This would have been fantastic box art had Kenner decided to release the Tatooine Skiff in Droids packaging. Kenner photos have shown that this release might have been a possibility because they showed several Droids figures all poised for play on a Tatooine Skiff. This particular painting shows some characters like Kleb Zellock which would have meant that this was proposed for release with the second series of Droids figures. With incredible stuff popping up all of the time perhaps one day we will get to see a prototype box flat for this very toy.

This art was in fact used on the Spanish packaging of a Droids Puzzle by Didactechnica SA. It is pictured on page 95 of the Tomart price guide as item GA7790.
